Community Guidelines

For everyone to benefit from Zipstory we all need to help ensure that the Zipstory community is fun, safe, inclusive and engaging. Please remember to be respectful of other Zipsters by posting quality stories that are informative and/or entertaining, engaging in considerate chat conversations, thoughtfully upvoting and downvoting stories, providing useful answers to questions, accurately reviewing businesses, and flagging spam or inappropriate content.
By using Zipstory you agree to follow these community guidelines and to be governed by our Terms of Use.
1. Local Community-Oriented - Zipstory is only as good as you make it to be! Zipstory feeds are made up of only user-generated content for a the local public audience. Every Zipster needs to then contribute to the feed in order for Zipstory to be fun, engaging, and useful. Only information that is beneficial to the public should be shared. Sharing personal information, and purchasing or selling personal items and/or services of any kind on Zipstory is strictly prohibited.

2. Respect - We are an inclusive community. As a Zipster you should act respectfully towards the entire Zipstory community, which includes all other Zipsters, Zipstory business partners, and the Zipstory staff. There is no room here for discrimination, hate, and/or harassment of any kind. We never and you should also never condone attacking another Zipster in any way for their sex, gender, ethnicity, religion, and/or disabilities

3. Follow City, County, State, and Federal Laws - We do not want any of our Zipsters to get into legal trouble so please ensure that your actions on Zipstory stay within the confines of the law.

4. Concerning Minors - We have absolutely no tolerance for any kind of spam, harassment, threats or threatening actions, bullying, discrimination, terrorism, crime, pornography, and sexual content involving a minor(s).

Violations of these community guidelines will be carefully reviewed by the Zipstory staff. Failure to comply with these community guidelines will result in either a temporary or lifetime ban from Zipstory.

If you see any Zipster or story that is inappropriate and in violation of these community guidelines please report the Zipster or flag the story. We can then place the reported Zipster or flagged story under review.
